Number of floors Including ground; used for sounder and call-point planning.

Approx. detection zones (optional) For panel sizing; you can add zones in step 4.

Total floor area (m²) Rough internal area — helps estimate sounder count.

Options Sleeping accommodation on site Affects sound level guidance (BS 5839-1 Clause 18.1 — 75 dB(A) min at bedhead where people sleep). Full sprinkler system fitted May allow extended manual call point spacing where permitted by the design (Clause 20.2).

Summary aligned with your category. Always confirm with the full standard and your insurer / approving authority.

Floor plan

Upload a drawing for each floor, set real-world scale, then place call points and detectors on the plan. Counts feed into your bill of materials.

Small screen detected — viewing works best here; for placing devices, use a tablet or computer if you can.

Floor Matches the floor number in your zone list (ground is usually 1).

Upload floor plan image PNG, JPG, JPEG, or WebP — one image per floor.
